★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el peor tratooooo!!! te pasan tu llamada con todo el personal que labora en el lugar para ver quien quiere tomarte tu orden y ya que por fin alguien se anima te contestan de mala gana como si les fueras a pedir la comida regalada y se hacen los que no te entienden cuando ya les repetiste la orden a todo el personal.... !!!! PÉSIMO TRATO!! les recomiendo la sucursal de LOS ARCOS #586 super amables y eficientes!!!
 The worst deal! they give you your call with all the staff that works in the place to see who wants to take your order and since finally someone cheers up they answer you reluctantly as if you were going to ask them for the gift given and those who do not understand you are made when you repeated the order to all the staff .... !!!! LOUD TREATMENT !! I recommend the branch of LOS ARCOS # 586 super friendly and efficient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida muy sabrosa, de porciones generosas. El agua del día súper rica y fresca además de que lo sirven en un Mason Jar grande.
El lugar está limpio, muy amplio y tranquilo. Tardan un poco en entregar la comida, pues la hacen en el momento.
El servicio fue muy bueno y agradable. Aceptan pagos con tarjeta.
Very tasty food with generous portions. The water of the day is super rich and fresh and served in a large Mason Jar.
The place is clean, very spacious and quiet. They take a while to deliver the food, as they make it on the spot.
The service was very good and pleasant. They accept card payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha bajado mucho la calidad: limpieza del lugar, calidad de los productos y atención del personal. En general soy cliente frecuente de la marca, pero esta sucursal está fuera de los estándares de calidad.
The quality has dropped a lot: cleanliness of the place, quality of the products and attention of the staff. In general I am a frequent customer of the brand, but this branch is outside the quality standards.

They have terrible quality in their vegetables, all are super dry and old. Honestly, it doesn't seem like it in the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no recomiendo para nada la cadena comercial, dado que sus aderezos son de baja calidad ( tuve que pedír dos porciones extras a fin de que sepa a algo) y los crotones literal no son; ahora es pan común fraccionado en cubos sin sabor, ni siquiera puedo opinar del "pollo BBQ"
Desafortunadamente no son lo que eran antes.
I no longer recommend the commercial chain at all, since their dressings are of low quality (I had to order two extra portions in order to make it taste something) and the literal croutons are not; now it is ordinary sliced bread into cubes with no flavor, I can't even comment on "BBQ chicken"
Unfortunately they are not what they were before.

In that place it was my favorite but something changed and it's not the same ? it's good but it didn't have many things just what was on the bar and stop counting
