Sabemos que fue un error que a cualquiera le puede suceder y respondieron de buena forma. Sin embargo Rappi fue el culpable de nuestro enojo al no darnos solución del problema, hasta que decidimos llamar a la sucursal
We got angry, with a request we made, but when we contacted the branch they were very kind to solve the problem. We know that it was a mistake that could happen to anyone and they responded in a good way. However, Rappi was to blame for our anger by not giving us a solution to the problem, until we decided to call the branch.

Very basic, I wanted to watch my series while I ate my salad, and they don't have Wi-Fi, very late in that aspect... when asking for the password they said, only the manager has it, as if they didn't want to pass it on.
