Después de una hora más me marcó el repartidor que no sabía dónde era y que iba a tardar porque tenía varios pedidos, osea que iba a llegar más de una hora después de que fue preparado todo frío? Les pedí que lo cancelaran porque no podía esperar 3 horas por un desayuno que iba a llegar todo frío y se enojan, en lugar de aceptar que se equivocaron y que si es inadmisible que un pedido tarde 3 horas! La verdad es que si no tienen la capacidad de atender bien tantos pedidos no los acepten y ya!
I placed my order and after an hour I called to see if it was on the way and they told me it was ready they were just waiting for the delivery man. After an hour more the delivery man called me that he did not know where it was and that it was going to take time because he had several orders, so it would arrive more than an hour after it was prepared all cold? I asked them to cancel it because I could not wait 3 hours for a breakfast that was going to arrive all cold and they get angry, instead of accepting that they were wrong and that it is inadmissible that an order takes 3 hours! The truth is that if they do not have the capacity to attend to so many orders well, they will not accept them and now!
