Be careful and count your change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Store inside the Plaza located past the Cinemex. Very clean store that is organized and modern Fruits and Veggies are fresh, Cafetería is clean and sells Gelato, panaderia with fresh bread, they also sell hot dishes to eat at home. It is more to shop here but the price is good for quality and the employees are always working and Happy.

1. Lost my parking ticket and asked for a replacement after spending more than a thousand pesos in the store. They looked at me as if I was from outer space.
2. Next time I asked for change at the register to tip the bagboy: "We don't do that."
3. Last time - They wanted to charge me for a item sticking out in the aisle and broken.
That's three strikes. The management needs to train their people in customer service.
I'm never going back. Both City Market and Superama (WalMart) are walking distance away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresko , our favorite supermarket here in Cuernavaca. High quality food , fresh vegetables, friendly workers . Nice place to have a good cup of coffee . They have delicious ice cream too ! Easy parking in Plaza Cuernavaca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This supermarket is great. It has a varied selection of items, from your normal fruits and veggies to specialty items that are harder to come by. Their employees are very accommodating and helpful. Pricey but worth it.
