No respetan el horario de envío, ni los productos que seleccione y tampoco respetaron la cancelación del pedido que hice( Ya me llego el estado de cuenta). Para cancelar un pedido tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos al teléfono porque la app por si sola no lo permite. Apesar de a ver perdido tanto tiempo, la cancelación fue un fiasco. De no haber recibido el estado de cuenta el robo hubiera sucedido. No contestan mails ni chats, y ahora estoy esperando una llamada para que realicen la devolución que aun no ha sucedido.
Lamentable servicio al cliente, y servicio en general.
The service of their app, where they are supposed to bring you home service, is a fiasco. They do not respect the shipping schedule, nor the products that I select and they did not respect the cancellation of the order that I made (the account statement has arrived). To cancel an order I had to wait more than 30 minutes on the phone because the app by itself does not allow it. Despite seeing so much time lost, the cancellation was a fiasco. If the statement had not been received, the theft would have happened. They do not answer emails or chats, and now I am waiting for a call to make the return that has not yet happened.
Lamentable customer service, and overall service.
