★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaron un total de 29 ventanas de projeccion y cada una de esas ventanas se filtra cuando llueve. Todas las ventanas no fueron sellada por el exterior y su intalación es pésima de lo peor que he visto! Todos los sellos de cada una de las ventanas están incompletos o cortos! Me he comunicado con Eduardo el encargado en varias ocasiones para que vengan a darle solución a las ventanas que m vendieron y hasta la fecha no lo an echo! Ignorando mis llamadad! Estás ventanas se instalaron en febrero 2020! Estoy muy inconforme con su producto page mucho dinero por sus ventanas y ninguna sirve!! Espero si alguien está considerado comprar ventanas de Freyco que tengan mucho cuidado y antes de pagarles el monto total de su compra chequen bien las ventanas y ponganles agua con una manguera o tendrán el mismo problema que yo tengo! Freyco Eduardo Sergio cuando van a venir a darle solución a las ventanas que me vendieron? No es correcto vender un producto que no sirve y muy incorrecto que al cliente se le ignore! Dónde está su garantía? Estoy muy desepcionada en la forma que está compañía me ha tratado y muy desepcionada con sus ventanas!
They installed a total of 29 projection windows and each of those windows is filtered when it rains. All windows were not sealed from the outside and their installation is lousy of the worst I have seen! All the seals in each of the windows are incomplete or short! I have contacted Eduardo the manager on several occasions so that they come to give a solution to the windows that they sold me and to date I have not done it! Ignoring my calling! These windows were installed in February 2020! I am very unhappy with your product, a lot of money for your windows and none of them works !! I hope if someone is considering buying Freyco windows that they are very careful and before paying them the full amount of their purchase, check the windows well and put water on them with a hose or they will have the same problem that I have! Freyco Eduardo Sergio, when are you going to come and solve the windows that you sold me? It is not correct to sell a product that does not work and very incorrect that the customer is ignored! Where's your warranty? I am very disappointed in the way this company has treated me and very disappointed with its windows!
