El concepto de su franquicia es excelente!!!
Pero el personal que labora en el establecimiento que tienen el Plaza Aragón es pésimo....!!!
No tienen higiene ni tampoco respeto hacía los clientes que consumen.
Las empleadas se la pasan jugando y platicando,la empleada Marlene y su compañera el desconozco el nombre no saben preparar el helado y ademas lo tocan con las manos,agregado a eso se insinúan de una forma inapropiada a su compañero Abraham...
De verdad deberían tener mas supervisión esos chicos;ya que provocan que te arrepientas de haberte acercado ahí.
Frice Frito Bajo Cero esperó que esto ayude a mejorar el servicio ya que para preparar 3 heladosen rollo la empleada Marlene se tardó 40 minutos y lo hizo de una forma ASQUEROSA..!!!

But the staff that works in the establishment that have the Plaza Aragón is terrible .... !!!
They have no hygiene or respect for the customers they consume.
The employees spend their time playing and talking, the employee Marlene and her partner I do not know the name, they do not know how to prepare ice cream and they also touch it with their hands, added to that they insinuate themselves in an inappropriate way to their partner Abraham ...
Those guys should really have more supervision; since they cause you to regret having approached there.
Frice Frito Bajo Cero hoped this would help improve the service since the employee Marlene took 40 minutes to prepare 3 ice cream rolls and did it in a DISGUSTING way .. !!!
