I didn't know how to start , i spoke with the host ,to make sure the time of the construction next Door and it was very poor communication between them ,i am a light sleeper ,Marcela one of the host told me they start to wort at 10 am in the morning ,the Emmanuel say at 9am ,then they start even early , well; we try to be calm with that situation, the Emmanuel is a good guy and he follow rules and when i ask for extra shampoo or water ,they say they can't leave more because the policy of the company , are you kidding me? after pay over 1400 dlls small detail like a bottle of water ,maybe 10 pesos or 20 a day mean 1 dollar is too much to ask ,those small detail ,make my stance terrible ,the only good part of the place is Sergio ,is the star of the place, he's kind ,very charming guy he try to help in everything could possible can do ,and Vidal was a nice guy ,he is a security guy ,a handling men ,the company Viadora is terrible the way they change their policies ,like a bottle water or extra shampoo or they even charge 6 dollar for 3 extra towels to use only one day ,they don't know anything about customer service ,and in advance i was talking wonders to my Family about this place ,i feel shame about it :( they just want to rip you off careful .

First time leaving the US. Mexico City was beautiful, but nothing felt more amazing that staying at this property. There are gates and security for the whole street. There's a nice little restaurant and corner store at the end of the street just outside the gates, they don't speak English or take US cash FYI. This building has a doorman 24-7, I thought they treated us like royalty. Immediately upon pulling up outside, they opened the door, knew who I was and had everything ready, took my bags up to my room and were over the top friendly. The apartments are designed perfectly, I stayed in the penthouse and it was so beautiful and comfortable. A/C blows cold, 3 beautiful balconies, great windows and light, gym, laundry, you can't ask for more! I will only stay here next time. I've been spoiled.

This accommodation was absolutely perfect for our two week stay in Mexico City. Firstly, the rooms themselves were incredibly comfy and spacious with big bedrooms, bathrooms, two living rooms and a terrace. The kitchen was very well stocked (even had a blender, toaster, microwave etc.) and there was a washer and dryer in the laundry too! There was plenty of desk space and very fast internet - so we were able to easily work from the apartment whilst we were there. Then there were the hosts, Iker & Emmanuel. They were the best hosts we could have asked for and went above and beyond for us. They helped us find a doctor when my partner needed one, they helped us with local recommendations, they even found a desk chair for us to help make working from the room even more comfortable. If I could give this place 6 stars I would, we will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here for a few nights with our boys while awaiting the arrival of a few friends for an extended stay elsewhere, and we couldn't have been more pleased! First of all, the property is new, and in pristine condition. Every floor is it's own apartment, and every apartment has a nice view with balcony doors. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in, and the every bedroom had an A/C unit, which made sleep the best. Plenty of room for a family to spread out, and enjoy. The rooftop terrace was a real treat, and had an amazing view. The Gym was also nice, and well equipped. Both were utilized during our stay. Finally, the location was perfect. Only a block or two away from all the action. Not to mention, a security booth at the end of the street, plus a 24hr. doorman made our stay feel very safe. In fact, our doorman would keep a watch for us while we stepped out for dinner, and would open the door as we approached the building...how nice is that? Staff was super attentive, and very nice. Gave us tips on things to see and do, plus provided great conversation! Can't say enough about this place. Will def. return next time we're in town.

The room is nice but dark. The receptionist attitude was very disappointing, instead of providing a solution for our complains, he was super rude to us! Definitely not worth the price.

Considering that this is a VERY VERY expensive hotel our overall satisfaction was poorly. After traveling +12 hours we arrived to the property to realize that there was no hot water (it took +2 hours for the maintenance crew to resolve it). Moreover, the apartment is extremely noisy, to the point that it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep; the air conditioning machines turn on every minute and the buildings water pump activates constantly throughout the night. The staff did not provide any solutions to our complaints. Definitely avoid overpaying for this property. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Great experience. Have stayed twice and have a wonderful time both times. The units are very clean, cool and well styled. The roof top is awesome and many of the rooms have terraces. The front door staff were great and always friendly. Felt very safe and will probably stay again. Easy walks to many of the cool parts of Roma and Condesa. Never had noise problems, hot water problems etc. no problems whatsoever.
