★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO recomiendo cortarse el cabello aquí. Tuve una pésima experiencia, al igual que con su servicio al cliente. El día de la cita muy amables y se veía bien hasta que se secó mi pelo y me fijé que un lado estaba mucho más corto que otro. Les envié evidencia por WhatsApp pidiendo que tuvieran más atención a esos detalles en el futuro y explicando por qué no estaba satisfecha. Solo respondieron “gracias por tu visita”. De por sí no tenía planeado volver pero ahora menos viendo que no les importan los clientes, ni siquiera tienen interés en arreglarlo u ofrecer disculpas. Un corte de cabello para mucha gente como yo es algo importantísimo que juega con el autoestima, por lo mismo siempre procuro ir con profesionales y en salones con buenas referencias. Frida Salón claramente no es profesional y nunca tendrá mi recomendación.
I DO NOT recommend cutting your hair here. I had a lousy experience, as was with your customer service. On the day of the date they were very nice and it looked good until I dried my hair and I noticed that one side was much shorter than the other. I sent them evidence on WhatsApp asking them to pay more attention to those details in the future and explaining why I was not satisfied. They only answered "thank you for your visit." In itself I had not planned to return but now less seeing that they do not care about the clients, they do not even have an interest in fixing it or offering an apology. A haircut for many people like me is something very important that plays with self-esteem, for the same reason I always try to go with professionals and in salons with good references. Frida Salón is clearly unprofessional and will never have my recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Pedí con foto los resultados que quería y nada que ver a como me lo dejaron. Me dijeron que ya no se podía hacer nada porque se iba a maltratar mi cabello. Que regresará después pero que iba a tener un costo. Claro que no regrese.
