★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno siempre da una segunda oportunidad cuándo se equivocan, pero claramente no tienen ni idea de lo que es el servicio a cliente, así de sencillo creen que bloqueándome funciona un negocio, y todo porque no aceptaron haber hecho un mal trabajo la última vez que fui. Uno espera que por pagar al menos no le arruinen el cabello y le hagan perder 8 horas del día para corregirlo.
Muy mala calidad en sus decolorantes, poca noción de lo que es trabajar bien y sobretodo la atención al cliente se debe dar en las buenas y en los errores, no nada más por los miles de pesos que me han cobrado.
