La atención al cliente es casi nula, la actitud con la que te "atienden" deja mucho qué desear, basándose en el tipo de establecimiento tan "destacado" que se supone que es, además de que tardaron demasiado (díaaas) en darme una respuesta sobre el avance de mi bici y por ende su entrega.
Cuando fui por ella, no arreglaron el problema por el que la llevé.
El cliente debe ser prioridad, sin atención resulta una experiencia muy mala.
Ojalá trabajaran tan bien en su persona como en el arreglo de bicis carísimas.

When I went for her, they didn't fix the problem I brought her for.
The customer must be a priority, without attention it is a very bad experience.
I wish they worked as well on his person as on the repair of very expensive bikes.

Son altamente informales al momento de prestar un servicio, no saben orgarnizarse. Por teléfono te mencionan algo y te hacen ir en vano al establecimiento, se tardan mucho tiempo en dar los servicios y no son nada claros.
El dueño siempre atiende con mala cara, para eso mejor voy a un oxxo!
Aparte de todo, son súper clasistas, sólo le prestan atención a los clientes con bicicletas de gama alta y si tu bicicleta no es de esta gama, el dueño se comporta como si no le fueras a pagar o esa impresión da.
De verdad, cero recomendable.

They are highly informal when providing a service, they do not know how to organize. On the phone they mention something to you and make you go to the establishment in vain, they take a long time to provide services and they are not clear at all.
The owner always serves with a bad face, for that I better go to an oxxo!
Besides everything, they are super classy, they only pay attention to customers with high-end bikes and if your bike is not from this range, the owner behaves as if you were not going to pay him or that impression.
Really, zero recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas las pondría. Cero profesionalismo y cero ética. Llevé mi bici a un servicio y al siguiente día se me rompieron algunos componentes que estaban desajustados y quedé parado a mitad de la carretera. Lo peor es que les llevé la bici y no se quisieron hacer responsables por los componentes rotos a causa de su pésimo servicio mecánico. De verdad NO lo recomiendo, háganlo en cualquier otro lado si no quieren que su bicicleta quedé peor de como la llevaron.
Terrible service. If I could put 0 stars I would put them. Zero professionalism and zero ethics. I took my bike to a service and the next day some components broke that were out of adjustment and I was stopped in the middle of the road. The worst thing is that I brought the bike to them and they did not want to be held responsible for the broken components due to their terrible mechanical service. I really do NOT recommend it, do it anywhere else if you don't want your bike to look worse than it was.

Llegué hoy a recoger un producto y el señor Damian me habló de muy mala gana, me dejó más de media hora esperando para que el producto que yo había apartado ya no lo tuviera. El servicio fue descortés y muy poco amable. Al final tuve que escoger otro accesorio que cubriera lo que ya había pagado. El encargado no es hombre de palabra.
Terrible service. I arrived today to pick up a product and Mr. Damian spoke to me very reluctantly, he left me more than half an hour waiting for the product that I had set aside no longer had it. The service was rude and very unfriendly. In the end I had to choose another accessory that covered what I had already paid for. The manager is not a man of his word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saben tubelizar, aparte de que venden caras unas valvulas son de las mas basicas, se fuga el aire y por lo tanto se fuga el liquido por el borde de la llanta, el liquido que sobro estaba echado a perder, ahora dudo que sea el bote que les compre. Me rayaron la bici. Lo barato me salio super caro, tuve que comprar otras valvulas para corregir el tubeless y pagar otro servicio.
Que mal!
They don't know how to tube, apart from the fact that they sell expensive valves that are the most basic, the air leaks and therefore the liquid leaks through the edge of the rim, the leftover liquid was spoiled, now I doubt it's the boat I bought from them. My bike was scratched. The cheap thing turned out to be super expensive, I had to buy other valves to correct the tubeless and pay another service.
That bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad *EVITEN* el servicio mecánico.
* No habré a la hra indicada en el mostrador y tiene que esperar uno entre 30 y 60 minutos.
* No cumplen con los horarios de entrega y te hace dar vueltas.
* Hace las cosas a las carreras y si no eres de las personas que revisas las cosas que le pidas haga te dirá siempre que es culpa tuya.
Una vez escrito las deficiencias del establecimiento ya es cuestión tuya si te arriesgas a dejar tu bici con ellos.
Really *AVOID* mechanic service.
* I will not be there at the time indicated at the counter and you have to wait between 30 and 60 minutes.
* They don't meet delivery schedules and it makes you spin.
* He does things in a hurry and if you are not one of the people who checks the things you ask him to do, he will always tell you that it is your fault.
