Best transfer company I've found. Great rates, on time and friendly service. Was in contact with me ahead of arrival to verify times. Was waiting for us when we exited the airport with a sign showing my name. Went directly to van and headed to hotel. No waiting. Provided cold drinks during ride. Nice guys. Would use them every time now. Highly recommend.

We used the shuttle service through our resort (AMStar) when we travelled to Mexico in February, but then another couple told us about Friends Travel Cancun so we booked them for our most recent trip at the beginning of this month. So glad we did! I emailed back and forth with the owner Juan a few times who was very responsive and came to find that a private shuttle with FTC was over $100 cheaper than what we had paid with the other company, AND they provided water and beers for our trip. Communication was easy with the company through WhatsApp prior to our travels. We also requested to make a pitstop before going to our final destination both on our way to and from the airport, and the drivers Miguel and Pancho had no problems with this, they were wonderful. Can't speak highly enough about this company and its drivers. We will be using Friends Travel Cancun from now on whenever we come to Mexico!

We were transported to and from the airport by Ricardo and Juan. They were both on time , very friendly , super professional , clean vehicles. I highly recommend this company and will use them again the next time we visit Mexico.

Highly recommend for your transportation. Used for airport transfers to our resort for our group. They arrived early and communicated with us to make sure every transfer was handled. The drivers were fun and professional. Will definitely use them in the future for our clients

I cannot say enough wonderful things about FTC! I own a travel agency and have used them both personally and for my clients for the past 2 years. They are FABULOUS! They are professional, courteous and prompt. Safe drivers, clean/new vans and always have cold water/cerveza to greet their guests. My clients and I have not only used them for airport transfers but for getting to/from activities. We had a great experience with Friends Travel Cancun. They were on time (I was not after standing in line to exchange money) and had cold drinks ready for us. Fili and Ricardo were interesting to talk to and had information on local places to eat and shop. I loved that Ricardo filled us in on the history of Cancun and Mexico City (I'm a history nerd so I appreciate these things). The original ride I set up at home through their website and Fili asked us why we only had a one way transport set up. I said I could not seem to set up something that did not originate or end at the airport. He told me to just use WhatsApp to message them which I did without issue. We paid cash in US dollars for the transport I set up through WhatsApp (he could not take a credit card this way). We will definitely use Friends Travel Cancun every time we visit. Thank you!!!

Had to give a shout out to Juan with Friends Travel Cancun. What a fantastic service and experience. Timely, affordable, constant communication through text. He even accommodated us no problem when we had a flight time change. Private transfer round trip + free beverages. Highly recommend!
