★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde las flautas del noveno elefante, no había probado unas flautas veganas tan ricas. El agua natural, refill, de buen sabor. La salsa verde que tienen combina con las flautas de una manera exquisita al paladar. El guiso de chicharrón en salsa verde increíble también. Buena consistencia, que es lo más difícil de conseguir a veces con la soya. El servicio es amable pero lento. Ahí se debe llevar paciencia y ganas de platicar. No le pongo la quinta estrella porque hace calor en el local. Eso sí que es un área de oportunidad, pero aún así regreso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general conozco pocas opciones veganas y para El tipo de comida Mexicana como enchiladas, flautas y tacos dorados dificilmente puedo pensar en una mejor opcion, sobre Todo por la zona, El servicio esta bien en general, Todo es mejorable pero Creo que hacen mas que suficiente. Adicionalmente es dificil encontrar comidas veganas despues de ciertas horas y El frijol vegano tengo entendido que abren hasta alrededor de 10 u 11, lo cual ayuda en algunos escenarios

El detalle para mi es que tienen mucho aceite..yo se que son como los antojitos clasicos..pero yo disminuiria un poco ó al menos en el guiso disminuirlo. Es decir si las tortillas tienen con una servilleta lo reducimos..pero si ambos tienen es mas dificil. Esto es algo que hay que tomar en cuenta...de ahi pues esta bien. Mas no se si lo compraria de nuevo. Quiza exporadico. Ya dependera su experiencia y gustos☺y bueno la atención si es buena..aaaa aparte venian la la lechuga y las salsas..que no agregue yo.?estos son enchiladas. Flautas y tacos de harina..
