V	Victor Tomas Apodaca Valle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les comparto mi experiencia, el día 30/10/2020 les llevé una laptop acer, por una falla, al iniciar se quedaba la pantalla parpadeando y tardaba bastante en encender, pero eventualmente encendía y funcionaba sin problema, después de casi una semana con la laptop me informan que mientras ellos la probaron nunca quiso encender y que probablemente era un problema con la motherboard y que no tiene arreglo, así que la recojo el día 06/11/2020, al día siguiente la enciendo y después de esperar a que se quitara el parpadeo e iniciara como siempre, me arroja una imagen que dice que la máquina no puede iniciar debido a que no cuenta con unidad de disco duro, en ese momento lo primero que pensé fue que me habían cambiado el disco duro por uno defectuoso, al hablar con la persona a quien le lleve la laptop a reparar me informa que por una "confusión" le dejaron conectado un disco duro que no era de mi laptop y ellos tenían en su local mi disco duro, afortunadamente aun estaba el disco duro con toda la información, pero la mala experiencia queda, al parecer tendría que haberle tomado una foto a los componentes de mi laptop antes de llevársela, ya que si la hubiera dado por muerta jamás me habría dado cuenta que me habían cambiado el disco duro por uno que ni siquiera servía, les comparto esto para que tengan cuidado al llevarles cualquier equipo ya que ellos mismos me dijeron que debido a la cantidad de trabajo que tienen no era la primera ocasión que se "confundían" al momento de reensamblar los equipos, de ser posible busquen alguien más que no se "confunda" con los componentes de los equipos que esta reparando.
