★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, si se te pasa la mano resulta caro pues el precio es según el peso del helado que preparas por lo que te recomiendo que midas bien tus porciones al servirte tu helado y no te dejes llevar por la libertad de tener todo en autoservicio, en lo personal resulta mucho más cómodo y práctico este tipo de servicio en helados.
 Excellent, if you run out of hand it is expensive because the price is according to the weight of the ice cream you prepare, so I recommend that you measure your portions well when serving your ice cream and do not get carried away by the freedom of having everything self-service, in the personal is much more comfortable and practical this type of ice cream service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que proporciona el personal es regular, sin embargo siempre están mal encarados. Una ventaja es que tienen amplia variedad de toppings, con los cuales se pueden hacer mezclas interesantes. Es una buena opción para comer un postre dentro de Citadella.
The service provided by the staff is so-so, however they are always badly faced. An advantage is that they have a wide variety of toppings, with which interesting mixes can be made. It is a good option to have a dessert inside the Citadella.

Ayer por la tarde iba con mi pareja y nos trató de forma súper pedante ignorando a mi novia cuando ella le hacía alguna pregunta mientras que conmigo se portó incomodamente amistosa.
Favor de poner un poquito más de supervisión en su personal ya que no es la primera vez que esto ocurre.

Yesterday afternoon I was with my partner and he treated us in a super pedantic way ignoring my girlfriend when she asked him a question while with me he was uncomfortably friendly.
Please put a little more supervision on your staff as this is not the first time this has happened.
