★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realicé un pedido, el cual ya estaba confirmado por parte de la tienda. Nunca llegó en el horario que establecimos ambas partes, decidí esperar. Pero la persona que atiende lo pedidos de manera déspota dijo que no sabía el horario que llegaría y me colgó. Pedí mi reembolso porque claro ya le había pagado, y la tipa me devolvió el dinero hasta que se le dio la gana (días después).
Era la primera vez que pedía, pero con eso no volveré a realizar ningún pedido, no tienen compromiso con sus clientes.
Me llevo una muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
I placed an order, which was already confirmed by the store. It never arrived on the schedule that both parties established, I decided to wait. But the person who attends the requests in a despotic way said that he did not know the time that it would arrive and hung up on me. I asked for my refund because of course I had already paid her, and the girl gave me the money back until she felt like it (days later).
It was the first time I ordered, but with that I will not place any order again, they have no commitment to their customers.
I have a very bad experience. I don't recommend it at all.
