Siempre pero SIEMPRE están poniendo más atención a sus pláticas o al celular que a las necesidades de los clientes. 3. No tienen sentido de urgencia, son lentos como ellos solos. 4. Son groseros entre ellos y eso da muuuuuy mala imagen al negocio 5. Casi siempre tienen el piso muy sucio, la basura la dejan en la entrada y nadie se preocupa por recogerla. Lo mismo con los refrigeradores, todos chorreados y apestosos. 6. El patrón (cuando está) a veces se da cuenta de esos comportamientos y lo he visto regañarlos, pero, señor, si usted llega a leer esto sepa que si quiere que sus muchachos se pongan las pilas, PÁGUELES BIEN! Con los precios que tiene no creo que le sea tan difícil. En general, solo voy cuando ya no hay más opción pero ojalá vean que su servicio es pésimo, solo siguen abiertos porque no tienen competencia cerca. In all the times that I have been a client I have observed the same things: 1.The prices are different depending on the employee serving you. 2. Always but ALWAYS they are paying more attention to their talks or cell phone than to the needs of the customers. 3. They have no sense of urgency, they are slow as they are alone. 4. They are rude to each other and that gives the business a very bad image 5. They almost always have a very dirty floor, the trash is left at the entrance and nobody cares to pick it up. The same with the refrigerators, all blasted and stinky. 6. The employer (when he is) sometimes realizes those behaviors and I have seen him scold them, but, sir, if you get to read this, know that if you want your boys to put the batteries, PAY THEM! With the prices you have, I don't think it's that difficult. In general, I only go when there is no more option but hopefully they see that their service is appalling, they just remain open because they have no competition nearby.

Pero me llevé un fiasco hace poco, con un coliflor y 2 brócolis, al partirlo salieron con visitantes. Les comuniqué lo sucedido y me atendieron reponiendo lo que salió con esos visitantes. Este detalle se solucionó completamente, el encargado sin problema dio solución en el momento. Agradezco mucho esta atención. Lo que invita a seguir comprando con la confianza. Good service, especially when new merchandise arrives that you can go buy almost at midnight. But I had a fiasco recently, with a cauliflower and 2 broccoli, when they split it they went out with visitors. I informed them of what had happened and they assisted me by replacing what came out with those visitors. This detail was completely solved, the manager without problem gave a solution at the time. I would like to have some vegetables out of the fridge, some ones are stored like that and it makes me feel at the super market instead of a Mexican "frutería". They open almost all day and they have a small parking lot.
