★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cada día están peor. Casi Nunca, contestan los teléfonos, cuando contestan, dejan en espera y se hacen patos. De mala gana, no devuelven las llamadas. No envian las cotizaciones, se equivocan dando precios y no respetan los precios dados, nunca tienen existencia de los productos que vienen en su catálogos, los cuales cobraron, y un largo etc. es increíble la cantidad de deficiencias que tienen. Terrible, todos están igual y cada vez peor, evidentemente reflejan una pésima conducción, por que los gerentes estan igual o peor y los directivos ni sus luces.
Terrible service, they get worse every day. Almost never, they answer the phones, when they answer, they put them on hold and go wild. Reluctantly, they don't return calls. They do not send quotes, they make a mistake giving prices and do not respect the prices given, they never have the products that come in their catalogs, which they charged, and a long etc. it is incredible how many deficiencies they have. Terrible, they are all the same and getting worse, evidently reflect a terrible driving, because the managers are the same or worse and the managers or their lights.
