★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cool and free. Closed on Monday. All the history is written in Spanish but google translator took care of that. And I'd try the ladys quesadillas across from the museum if your there on the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a unique place in all the city. In the top of a hill, an Aztec temple where there was an ancient fire ritual. It's a curious spot for sightseeing and strolling around. The museum is quite colorful and there are usually some activities. I would recommend to visit on raining season, when the grass is green and fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great community museum that is one large room, with a bunch of community center aspects to it, including a theatre, nice outdoor area, a cave, a small art exhibition. Definitely worth an hour visit if you find yourself in iztapalapa. Loved it.
