Lo mínimo que debieron de hacer fue regalarle el servicio que solicitó después del error que cometió su personal. Que lástima que el dueño prefiera quemarse y no hacerse responsable de los errores de sus empleados... o tal vez fue error del dueño.... quien sabe...

What a pity that the owner prefers to burn himself and not be responsible for the mistakes of his employees ... or maybe it was the owner's mistake ... who knows ...
