â â â â â Conocimos Fuegos de Xul-Ha por una buena amiga que comprĂł un terreno en Xul-Ha de la Ruta de los Cenotes. El dĂa que lo visitamos por primera vez, comimos delicioso y probamos de todo, rodeados de naturaleza y disfrutamos de ingredientes orgĂĄnicos originalmente combinados. Recientemente los visitamos otra vez de una forma mĂĄs informal y el sabor sigue siendo inigualable y la presentaciĂłn Ășnica. Esta vez pedimos la tarta de vegetales porque querĂamos algo sano y con la mano, pues estarĂamos en la selva.
Si vas a la Ruta de los Cenotes o buscas una experiencia de fin de semana, piensa en Fuegos de Xul-Ha y en las recetas secretas del Chef Marcos Walfisch.
We found out about Fuegos de Xul-Ha through a good friend who bought land in Xul-Ha on the Ruta de los Cenotes. The day we visited for the first time, we ate delicious and tried everything, surrounded by nature and enjoying originally blended organic ingredients. We recently visited them again in a more informal way and the taste is still unbeatable and the presentation unique. This time we ordered the vegetable cake because we wanted something healthy and with our hands, since we would be in the jungle.

The food is amazingly fresh, tasty and the place is just beautiful!
The two chefs are from Argentina (Marco and Gabriel) and they serve a vegetarian menu!
Most of their offerings are made on site with fresh locally grown produce/spices.
Everything is cooked in the woodfire oven
Music is cool and relaxing....
Yesterday was our 5th-7th (who is counting) time ....this time we were craving the Calzone and their desserts!
Can't wait to go back.
