★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen sistema para facturar en línea, no reciben datos por teléfono, correo ni por Whatsapp para que te generen una factura. Forzosamente hay que acudir a la ventanilla de la gasolinera.
Les urge actualizarse en este aspecto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan los litros completos. Mi vehículo, un Nissan March 2016 con tanque de combustible con capacidad de 41 litros (incluyendo reserva) le pusieron 45 litros, aún cuando mi vehículo traía 1/4 de tanque. Tengan bastante cuidado, fue demasiado lo que se robaron

Cargué 350 pesos, el tanque de mi carro es de 40 litros, por lo que debería llenarse a casi medio tanque... y apenas llegó a un cuarto de tanque.
Les reclamas y al parecer están adiestrados para sólo ignorarte y decirte que te quites.
Y por si fuera poco... por la hora no había quien facturara... y ¡NO TIENEN FACTURACION EN LINEA!... y en el ticket dice que solo se puede solicitar factura 7 días a partir del consumo... aunque sea día 1º... solo tienen hasta el día 8... ¡insólito!
NUNCA CARGUEN EN ESTE LUGAR!

And if that were not enough ... for the hour there was no one to check in ... and they DO NOT HAVE BILLING ONLINE ... and on the ticket it says that you can only request invoice 7 days from the consumption ... be 1st day ... they only have until day 8 ... unusual!
NEVER CHARGE IN THIS PLACE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deberian facturar en linea por correo o wtp ya que vamos de pasada no me percate que decia solo en ventanilla y se complica para los que vamos de paso batallamos para respaldar el gasto cuando son viaticos ojala mejoraran en esa atencion!!
