One of the best sources made by one of the best Architects that Guadalajara has given. Too bad it is not always on or with all the jets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuente creada en 1970 por el reconocido Arquitecto Fernando González Gortazar, uno de los grandes Arquitectos nacionales del S. XX. Estuvo inspirada en la fertilidad acuífera de la zona.
Mathias Goeritz, en 1986, dijo "Es una de las fuentes más hermosas y originales que conozco; al combinar el concreto con los chorros de agua, logró descubrir una belleza del material que no ha sido superada..."
Lamentablemente, no mucha gente compartía este pensamiento, y fue considerada grotesca, muchas veces se comprometió su integridad, y se le ha dado muy poco mantenimiento.
Fountain created in 1970 by the renowned architect Fernando González Gortazar, one of the great national architects of the 20th century. It was inspired by the aquifer fertility of the area.
