Ahora, aunque aumentó bastante el mantenimiento, ya cobran por todo extra, incluso luego hacen un cobro por limpieza profunda, siendo que hay una persona que limpia y pues en teoría ella lo hace bien, y la limpieza profunda sólo es tallar el piso. Así que, como que no cuadran los pagos.
