★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita Diana Ávalos no te contesta, cuando preguntas del avance que tienen en tu vehículo no le dan un seguimiento. Duraron 2 meses en entregar mi vehículo. Todo para que cuando el dia que fui a recogerlo no hicieran bien su trabajo. Su trabajo deja mucho que desear. No lo recomiendo para nada.
 Miss Diana Ávalos does not answer you, when questions about the progress they have on your vehicle they do not follow up. It took 2 months to deliver my vehicle. Everything so that when the day I went to pick it up they didn't do their job well. His work leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha perdido calidad de reparación, hoy en día es de los peores lugares al menos mu experiencia ha sido mala tardan mucho en las reparaciones y además mal hechas me entregaron el carro descuadrado, faltando tornilleria por instalar, te instalan las cosas con cinchos, literal desarman y les sobran tornillos y les faltan piezas, no conectan las cosas tienen más de dos meses que mi carro salió del taller y quedaron de sustituir una pieza cosa que al día de hoy no ha pasado
It has lost repair quality, today it is one of the worst places, at least my experience has been bad, they take a long time to make repairs and, also, poorly done, they delivered the car to me out of square, missing screws to install, they install things with straps, they literally disassemble and they have screws left over and parts are missing, they don't connect things. My car left the workshop for more than two months and they had to replace a part, which to date has not happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue con mi aseguradora, tienen mucho trabajo y por ello los tiempos son holgados, por lo que debes tomarlo en cuenta para tu traslado cuando dejes tu auto en reparación.
El trabajo fue bueno, lo recomiendo, consideralo si tú aseguradora te lo sugiere.
My experience was with my insurance company, they have a lot of work and therefore the times are loose, so you must take it into account for your transfer when you leave your car for repair.
The work was good, I recommend it, consider it if your insurer suggests it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO: el personal no contesta las llamadas y te cuelgan (en especial Diana Ávalos), tardan muchísimo en entregar el carro y siempre ponen pretextos. Cuando recibí el carro el sistema de alarma ya no funcionaba (lo cual antes no sucedía) e hicieron un mal trabajo con la pintura. El dueño del taller, Samuel Paniagua, se comprometió a arreglarlo pero después se hizo el desentendido y contestó burlonamente.
No sé por qué las aseguradoras siguen trabajando con este taller, hemos pensado seriamente en proceder legalmente.
AWFUL SERVICE: the staff does not answer the calls and they hang up on you (especially Diana Ávalos), they take a long time to deliver the car and they always make excuses. When I received the car the alarm system was no longer working (which it never was before) and they did a poor job with the paint. The owner of the workshop, Samuel Paniagua, promised to fix it but later pretended not to understand and answered mockingly.
I don't know why insurers continue to work with this workshop, we have seriously thought about proceeding legally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car in last May. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Work quality was adequate. The car was not ready when promised. They left the car windows open while working so all the dust from the body work is EVERYWHERE inside my car. Also they delivered the car unfinished. I’m still waiting for a part they said they ordered. It has been four months!!! Almost every time I call the office no one answers the phone. ??
