Love it! Beautiful and extremely clean place Staff members are very friendly and helpful Ofuro is great!! Restaurant is the best Japanese food I have eaten in Mexico!! Definitely I'm looking forward to go back

What a great place to stay in Queretaro. The hotel is located in Juriquilla a new development zone in Queretaro, in very quiet surroundings. The hotel is brand new, Japanese style and the rooms are very good. Super clean, super comfortable. Pool is great, and it has a great sento (Japanese style bath ). Breakfast is just right. As it is a Japanese hotel, included breakfast is Japanese style, but you can also have eggs, yogurt, coffee. Don't expect hams, or bacons... Japanese guest love this property, it is like to have a piece of Japan in Queretaro. Will be back.

Well, having a Japanese name for your establishment doesn't make it "genuinely" Japanese! The management and the staff should have a Japanese way of thinking as well. I am not going to type what a Japanese way of thinking means because am sure some of you do know it. I know I shouldn't be too harsh since the hotel is in Mexico not Japan but if you guys want to attract more guests and have them keep coming, please do start thinking like a Japanese person. Go to rooms, look around. Take notes, what's missing or what item is at a wrong place! Where are the slippers? Oh, no slippers provided neither in rooms nor in ofuro? Too bad! You book an executive room for 2 people and only one of you gets the free breakfast? When the juice is obviously grapefruit but the tag says pineapple? You know some people may have serious reactions when they consume grapefruits! If you don't ask; such as what time the breakfast is, where the breakfast place is located at, how does the ofuro reservation work, how come your card doesn't work at the gym etc etc. You'd have no clue and kept calling the reception desk for an answer or go downstairs to talk to them. Anyway there are more but overall it was a nice experience.

Stayed for one night on a business trip at the end of January 2022. The room had only a shower with no bathtub, but there were plenty of amenities which I enjoyed. The toilet has a TOTO Washlet. Wi-Fi is fast and there is a kettle, a coffee maker and a small fridge in the room. The public bath, which is not hot springs, was open from 5 pm and was by reservation only. I was bit disappointed that it was closed before check-out in the morning. If you get an additional card key, you can use the washing and drying room for free. The restaurant on the first floor is really good. They serve real Japanese food and it’s all delicious!
