Compré unos audífonos Stelau y solo los cargue una vez (duran 22 h) y de la noche a la mañana ya no prendieron los cargue (prendió el foco rojo) y cuando terminaron de cargarse los quise prender ya que pensé estarían descargados pero ya no encendieron.
Does anyone know how I can claim a warranty if I am from Guadalajara and from what I see they are in another state.
I bought some Stelau headphones and I only charged them once (they last 22 hours) and overnight they no longer turned on (the red light turned on) and when they finished charging I wanted to turn them on since I thought they would be discharged but they no longer turned on .
