Fumigaron el 6 de mayo (no tenía una plaga abundante, se hizo únicamente por limpieza porque estoy por recibir a una bebé en casa), se siguieron las instrucciones al pie de la letra, hoy 19 de mayo marco para preguntar porque sigo con algunos insectos y me comentan que no existe insecticida que mate cucarachas y que se tiene que hacer una segunda fumigación -mi molestia no es esa, sino que en ningún momento se me comentó que se ocupaba una segunda fumigación, pero sobretodo la atención de la persona que me contestó, quién incluso me colgó al pedirle su nombre para darle seguimiento al proceso-.

No me pudieron dar una fecha exacta de visita, quedaron de llamar, recibí una llamada 4 días después para que el técnico fuera.
Asistió a mi casa, cabe mencionar que sin ningún tipo de identificación, revisaron y mencionaron que mi problema no era nada grave.
A lo cual conteste de cualquier forma yo necesito fumigar por higiene, quedaron de mandarme la cotización y la ficha técnica del producto a aplicar y ya pasaron 10 días.
Que lastime que estén en el ranking de google en este lugar, pues en lo personal a mi opinión personal no es una empresa seria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, lo contratamos a un precio y al final nos querían cobrar màs, no nos dejarón entrar a la casa al momento de la fumigación y te hacen firmar una responsiva.
Cuando entramos descubrimos que solo fumigarón la sala. Esto es un robooo fatal un pesimo servicio NO LO RECOMENDAMOS EN LO ABSOLUTO.
Debido a que no dan derecho de replica les comento.
Entiendo que no nos permitan entrar mientras fumigan pero esto lo usan sus EMPLEADOS no hacer las cosas correctamente.
No tengo por que mentir anexo recibo del disque servicio que no sirvio para nada Tengo que contratar otra fumigadora.
Creo que en vez de justificarse mejoren su servicio ya que no es bueno.

Terrible service, we hired it at a price and in the end they wanted to charge us more, they did not let us enter the house at the time of fumigation and they make you sign a response.
When we entered we discovered that they only fumigated the room. This is a fatal theft, a lousy service, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
Because they do not give the right to reply, I comment.
I understand that they do not allow us to enter while they fumigate but this is used by their EMPLOYEES not doing things correctly.
I do not have to lie attached to the receipt of the service dial that was useless. I have to hire another fumigator.
I think that instead of justifying themselves they improve their service since it is not good.
