Martín, ni con "el refuerzo" al mes, ni con "su producto fuerte" solucionamos ni disminuimos el problema, quedó en hacer el reembolso y dejó de responder las llamadas en los 3 teléfonos que tenemos de ellos, después nos respondió su hijo Alejandro y tampoco dio respuesta a la garantía de su PÉSIMO servicio, que lamentable que él mismo tenga que ponerle 5 estrellas a su negocio y escribir una reseña de "excelente servicio" siendo eso una total y absoluta mentira. Este peregrinar con ellos va desde julio 2021 y estamos en noviembre y jamás resolvieron.
Terrible service and guarantee in it by Ing. Martín, neither with "the reinforcement" a month, nor with "his strong product" we solve or reduce the problem, he agreed to make the refund and stopped answering the calls in the 3 Phones we have from them, then his son Alejandro answered us and neither did he give an answer to the guarantee of his lousy service, which is unfortunate that he himself has to give his business 5 stars and write a review of "excellent service" being that a total and absolute lie. This pilgrimage with them goes from July 2021 and we are in November and they never resolved.
