Very informal, they were left to do an inspection at my house, they never went and they never answered the cell phone. Terrible service in an emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé y en dos ocasiones me colgaron... a la tercer ocasión me contestaron de mala gana y me daban pocos detalles. Al final pactamos fecha para el servicio y nunca llegaron. La verdad no sé como pueden tener trabajo si tienen éste tipo de servicio.
I called and on two occasions they hung me up ... on the third occasion they answered me reluctantly and gave me few details. At the end we agreed on a date for the service and they never came. I really don't know how they can have a job if they have this type of service.
