E	Ernesto Velasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, no sirvio de nada la fumigación ya que no la hicieron bien, hable para resolverlo y solo dicen que me fumigan las áreas en donde volví a ver alacranes y arañas (por el mismo tiempo pueden hacer todas las áreas otra vez y quedar bien con el cliente), si realmente fuera una empresa con 53 años como lo presumen no tendria ningun inconveniente y no estaría escribiendo esta reseña. También me molestó que la gerente me decía que tenemos que estar detrás del que fumiga para supervisar que hagan bien todo y ¨que me ponga un trapito para no respirar el veneno¨. Yo no sé ustedes pero si pago por un servicio no es para trabajar para ellos y supervisar a sus empleados. Pésima calidad (no eliminó los insectos) y pésimo servicio no los recomiendo. Pesimo service, it did not help the fumigation since they did not do it well, speak to solve it and they only say that they spray areas where I saw scorpions and spiders (for the same time they can do all the areas again and look good with the client), if it were really a company with 53 years as they presume it would not have any problem and would not be writing this review. It also bothered me that the manager told me that we have to be behind the fumigator to supervise that they do everything correctly and "I put a cloth on so I do not breathe the poison". I do not know about you but if I pay for a service it is not to work for them and supervise their employees. Terrible quality (did not eliminate insects) and terrible service I do not recommend.

Tengan mucho cuidado por que hasta los productos de limpieza comerciales son dañinos para nuestras mascotas Terrible service, the sprayers said that the pesticide was not toxic to pets and my cat got poisoned, almost died from the insecticide. Conforme a sus políticas se deben contratar 3 servicios para que te puedan ofrecer una garantía de seis meses (en cuanto a cucarachas se refiere). El primer servicio fue regular, llegaron 30 min tarde, pero el técnico fue muy amable y en general funcionó la fumigación. El segundo servicio fue todo un problema en dos ocasiones agende, y en la primera llegaron dos horas tarde, por lo que me fue imposible atenderlos. La segunda ocasión nunca llegaron a la cita. Y cada vez que me comunicaba para ver que había pasado, me decían lo mismo, “llegan en diez minutos”. Fue hasta la tercera vez que se pudo concretar el servicio. La fumigación funciona y los técnicos son muy amables, pero la impuntualidad y la falta de experiencia de las señoritas que atienden el teléfono me hace difícil poder recomendarlos. Very unpunctual.
