Contrate el servicio para un fin de semana, me dicen que lo más temprano es a las 6 de la tarde, mande a mi familia a Cuernavaca el fin de semana para realizar la operación sin problemas a las 6:15 de la tarde me llama el técnico preguntando mi domicilio, diciéndome que está a más de una hora de camino y que simplemente ya no da tiempo de venir a realizar la fumigación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fumigado muy amable, pero las señoritas que atienden vía telefónica omiten información importante de presupuesto que al llegar el fumigado te hace saber el costo adicional.
Además es excesivamente caro ya que las visitas posteriores solo por ir a poner un cebo te cobran 700 pesos, mejor eliminen las plagas ustedes mismos y es más barato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrate un servicio de fumigacion, en una de mis citas me cambiaron el horario a pesar de que se les dijo que no podíamos y que las citas se habían agendado con anticipación tuvimos que adaptarnos a sus horarios. Una vez terminado los tres servicios, a 2 semanas que se cumplió el mes de garantía vi indicios de la plaga por la que contrate el servicio y cuando los contacte, solo se basaron en la garantía sin ofrecerme alguna otra alternativa cuando yo estaba consciente de que ya había vencido mi garantía y eso fue lo decepcionante, porque creo que la garantía que ofrecen es muy corta o bien sino pueden cambiarla ofrecer alternativas a los problemas de plagas por los que pasan los clientes, no solo cerrarse a que la garantía ya venció. Tuve que contratar un servicio con otro proveedor y descubrí con gran tristeza que la plaga seguía porque los productos que habían aplicado no erradicaron el problema al 100%, además que sus productos y forma de aplicación dañaron mis muebles por la humedad de la cantidad que aplicaron sobre ellos.

I had to hire a service with another supplier and I discovered with great sadness that the plague continued because the products they had applied did not eradicate the problem 100%, in addition that their products and application method damaged my furniture due to the humidity of the amount they applied about them.
