entre por que intente salir de la rutina y el entrenador de la tarfe un patan de primera. le dije yo jamas eh cargado pesas y le valio y me puso pesas de 20 a 40 kilos y no me enseño a cargar y de echo no me puso un calentamiento. y sobre todo solo le habla a las chavas y solo les ayuda a ellas. estuve a punto me cayera una pesa en la cabeza y le valio
de verdad por su culpa me desgarre
