It's an amazing experience if you can make an appointment (Tues/Thurs/Sat @4pm). The architecture is stunning and the artist residency program is phenomenal.

While the building itself may have some beauty to it every piece of art contained in it that we were viewing had none. I thought it was a joke until I realized that the 20-year olds on the tour were there for their Instagram shots. Literally piles of broken clay and bricks were "art." You couldn't pay me to go there again. It is exhibits like this that continue to give modern visual art a terrible reputation. I do get why they do this though, quite a money maker at 30USD a person!

Hmm this was a huge disappointment! I should’ve listened to the reviews on how the 500 pesos fee seems high for what you get. Overall there is the lack of instruction on what to see, and the guides inability to communicate about what is actually happening is confusing to experience. Part of the hour and a half is you wandering around by yourself afraid to get in trouble for walking into the wrong thing. They wouldn’t let me buy the local goods in the gift shop as there was no attendant. Overall there is a sense that they don’t really want you there and that the space is only for influencers to take pictures of the pool which you can’t see up close. Artwork looks like a rip off of sera/andre/ and turrel in a home depot parking lot. If that was intentional that would be cool but it’s not.

The space and artwork was interesting, but the guide and curation didn’t do enough to make it accessible. There was a sense that they didn’t really want us there, which felt really unwelcoming and a bit unpleasant :/. The guide said to ask any questions we had and when I finally got the courage to ask if he could share why the artist chose the form they did for their clay pieces, he responded with a lot of attitude and judgement and made me immediately regret asking the question. No warm vibes here. Really not the experience you want your guests to have, especially for the high entrance fee they’re asking. Now I agree with some of the comments - it’s a couple of art pieces for instagram shots and judgmental guides happy to take your money for gifts but not actually interested in engaging with curious visitors. Such a shame. :(

The place in itself is beautiful, as are the artworks that are in and around it - however we were very disappointed with the guide, who was not only very disagreeable (not to say grumpy), but who also hurried us around the different rooms as if it was a race(he was in such a rush that he closed a metal door on one of the people doing the tour with us). The explanations for the artworks were very brief, and there was no intent of slowing down or translating for those who are not fluent in Spanish. Try smiling next time :)

Amazing house with incredible architecture and great art exhibits. The gardens are stunning! Never thought a chicken coop could be so beautifully designed. The staff was super friendly and really enjoyed the tour! All of Bosco’s work is fantastic. Left feeling very inspired, not only by the art, the wabi philosophy and architecture, but also by the wonderful work they do with the local community. A truly beautiful initiative! Cannot wait to visit again.

The venue was interesting however overpriced for what you see (500 mxn). Nonetheless the foundation that helps kids sounded like a good non profit work. Iced water was offered but if it is too hot take that in account before visiting as there was a conditioned room with a/c but the rest of the visit was outdoors. Friendly staff. Kind of complicated to get there without a car so rent one or book a taxi or maybe if it is not too hot, ride a bike id you are lodged in the nearby hotels.

Great energy from the tour guide but 600 pesos was way too high a price for the tour we received. Understanding that the space is for selected artist to hone and focus thier thoughts away from the clutter of the city is a cool concept but i didn't see much in the form of art. The house was a beautiful peice of architecture but we were only allowed to see a small portion of it. The meditation space was very beautiful and the best part of the tour.
