★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los doctores acá son ladrones; busque una segunda opinión siempre que haya venido a este Centro Médico... te inventan operaciones innecesarias que en otro oftalmólogo lo hicieron en la misma consulta y 10 veces mas barato.
The doctors here are thieves; Seek a second opinion whenever you have come to this Medical Center ... they invent unnecessary operations that another ophthalmologist did in the same consultation and 10 times cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion por parte de las recepcionistas. No se le explica al paciente que tiene que primero registrarse. Cuando te les acercas para preguntarles si tu cita ya sigue te dicen que tienes que registrate primero cuando ya se habia generado la cita por telefono. Las secretarias no tienen ni el mas minimo interes en dar una buena atencion y estan pegadas al telefono todo el tiempo. Ya van dos veces que me he salido de ahi porque demoran demasiado en pasarte con los oftalmologos y cuando les preguntas si ya sigues simplemente te dicen que aun no. De nuevo persima atencion y pesimo sistema para pasar a los pacientes. Deberian de tener a alguien dedicado a indicarle a los pacientes cuando los van a pasar si ya estan registrados etc. Porque las secretarias que tienen no le interesa.
Very bad attention from the receptionists. It is not explained to the patient that they have to register first. When you approach them to ask if your appointment is still going on, they tell you that you have to register first when the appointment has already been generated by phone. Secretaries have not the slightest interest in giving good attention and are glued to the phone all the time. There have been two times that I have left there because they take too long to go to the ophthalmologists and when you ask them if you are still going they simply tell you that they are not yet. Again persist attention and pessimistic system to pass to patients. They should have someone dedicated to telling patients when they are going to pass them if they are already registered etc. Because the secretaries they have does not interest him.
