★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puedo decir que el personal sí es amable y eficiente, pero la verdad, en cuanto a costos y servicio, la fundación tiene muchas inconsistencias y publicidad engañosa, argumentan que múltiples tratamientos son a $100, pero no es verdad, a mi esposo le cobraron 600 por una extracción y yo pedí cita con ortodoncia (hay que pagar $500, pero se toman a cuenta del tratamiento, siempre y cuando se inicie antes de un mes a partir de la cita de especialidad) y cuando asistí, no me tenían registrada y me volvieron a agendar, pero hasta tres semanas después y los costos del tratamiento eran un poco más elevados que con un odontólogo particular. Sólo comparto mi experiencia.

1 nadie me avisó que era cita con especialista.
2 me quieren quitar mi dinero cuando avisé desde el día de ayer que me cambiarán mi cita y nadie respondió.
3 pésimo servicio, son mentirosos diciendo que es económico.
4 me dejaron una porquería de trabajo no puedo cerrar bn la dentadura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen publicidad engañosa, empece mi tratamiento de ortodoncia desde 2018 y aun no me quitan los braquets porque en cada consulta (mensual) había ocasiones en las que solo me veían la boca, y me decían "nos vemos el prox mes" y de igual modo tenia que pagar la consulta $500. De la noche a la mañana, me cambiaron al doctor sin previo aviso, los nuevos nunca leían el expediente, hasta que puse la queja por escrito y ni así me resolvieron nada, posteriormente hablamos del costo de mi tratamiento (que esta según por acabar) y resulto que era mucho mas de lo establecido cuando firme el contrato, . No lo recomiendo ni con una estrella. Tuve que cambiarme de dentista

3. A mí no me dolía nada, me aplicaron mal la anestesia dos veces entonces todo el procedimiento de la limpieza me dolió.
4. Desde ese día me comenzó a doler una muela y llame para preguntar y me dijeron que era normal, a mi no me dolía nada y ahora por lo que estuve investigando tal vez necesite una endodoncia.
5. Y para terminar la chica que me atendió er pésima, apática y solo estaba en el celular

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dicen una hora para asistir y se tardan un buennoara atenderte el horario que ocupan jamás puedo entre semana se me salio mi alambre ayer en la noche(martes) y tengo que esperarme hasta el fin de semana (sabado) por q cierran bien temprano y dirán lo q sea pero estoy pagando un servicio y no es posible que por una emergencia no puedan atenderme más tarde. En mi trabajo no me dejan salir temprano y la q pago soy yo y no me dan descuento ni nada y q los precios q dicen en su publicidad no son lo se en verdad te cobran.

Y los precios son iguales a los de un particular, no vayan con ellos les van a cobrar cosas de más sin avisar asi que mejor vayan con alguien de cerca de su casa es su boca no un basurero lo que tienen.
