★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materiales y costos súper bien, puntualidad y medidas de sanidad perfectas, pero la atención es pésima, fui varias veces y la atención con las personas es muy déspota y cortante, les molesta bastante que les hagan preguntas, sobre todo al médico que realiza el examen visual, y la señorita educada pero cortante siendo que va mucha gente de la tercera edad y hay que explicarles un poco más detallado y tenerles pasiencia, la gente se queda callada con tal de obtener sus lentes espero puedan hacer algo. Gracias.

Si vas tienes que formarte antes solo atienden a las 12 y 6 pm y solo son pocas fichas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no se si valga la pena, esperar tanto tiempo pero sobre todo soportar el mal carácter y la poca empatía que tiene matrimonio que atiende, por pagar menos dinero que en una óptica normal.
Si es una fundación, deberían ser primero más "humanos" con la gente. Tratan con muchas personas que son de la tercera edad y nos tratan con la punta del pie.
Para algún cambio, devolución o reposición, no se ponen tan accesibles y te hacen esperar hasta más de 3hrs.
Te recomiendo paciencia y tolerancia si quieres pagar sus precios.
