Pésimo servicio de administración y ventas, a mi familiar le vendieron sus servicios pero resulta que se aprovecharon de ella por qué no le explicaron que incluía y pues a la mera hora le dicen que el transporte no iba incluído y pues no nos dieron una solución. No sé sé vale que uno en su dolor y pena se aprovechen.

Durante los resos y la misa de velación en las casas vecinas de enfrente había mucha música y fiesta, creí que sólo sería mala suerte pero al día siguiente para el traslado al panteón seguian con su musica lo cual es una falta de respeto hacia los clientes del funeral. El funeral debe hacer evitar este tipo de detalles que degradan el servicio hacia los clientes. La falta de diálogo con los vecinos por estos detalles hacen ver el desinterés de la funeral.

Tuve que hacer uso de sus servicios (el 21/12/2018) los cuales previamente había contratado. Fue una pesadilla. De entrada tiene como 4 lugares de estacionamiento. No alcance lugar para velatorio pues ya estaban ocupados. El ataúd metálico que me correspondía, estaba horrible, y pagué el más económico de madera. Me mandaron a un velatorio cercano, que no es de esta empresa, donde solo nos dejaron 2 garrafones de agua, y no hubo personal para limpieza. Y lo peor es que aunque se supone ya había pagado el paquete, terminé pagando más de $21,000. No me agradó nada su servicio.

Esta funeraria es NADA RECOMENDABLE, lo único que les interesa es colocar sus pésimos paquetes confusos y que no te explican bien solo por querer vender, pero para cobrar si son buenos. Tania García nunca mencionó que el paquete no incluía el camión, al momento del entierro no teniamos como trasladar al panteón a las personas que nos acompañaban y la respuesta fue que no se contrato el servicio pero que nos podían rentar un camión en $5000!!!, o sea, cómo creen, ni que fuéramos a Acapulco!. Tuvimos que rentar dos camionetas de transporte público que nos cobraron $600 c/u, ahhh pero eso sí, la señorita insistió en que contrataramos el embalsamiento cuando se le mencionó que no era necesario pero claro, seguro quizó una mayor comisión No arriesguen su dinero porque lo único que van a encontrar es una muy mala experiencia en momentos difíciles para su familia, ni siquiera son para resolver el problema y quieren hacer negocio cobrandote un servicio extra que nunca te explican que no está incluido en el paquete que contratas y además a un precio excesivo, solo por lucrar con el dolor y necesidad de las personas Ya son varias personas que se que han quejado de esta empresa por este medio. Les aconsejo que piensen bien antes de contratarlos y busquen otra opción mejor que no sean ellos

Le pongo dos Estrellitas, el servicio estuvo excelente todo el personal administrativo muy bueno, pero tengo dos situaciones con la misma persona. Mi velación inicio el día 1 de febrero y esto sucedió el día 2 de febrero. 1. La señora de LIMPIEZA ESTABA SENTADA EN EL SILLON DEL LOBBY DE LA AGENCIA, ESTABA TEJIENDO Y MI FAMILIA TENIA QUE ESTAR AFUERA YA QUE LA SEÑORA ESTABA SENTADA CON EL GUARDIA DE SEGURIDAD PLATICANDO Y RIENDOSE. 2. LA MISMA SEÑORA CUANDO ESTABA HACIENDO WL ASEO UN FAMILIAR MIO ESTABA EN LA PUERTA DE LA AGENCIA Y LA SEÑORA LE PREGUNTO QUE SI VENIA A ALGÚN SERVICIO QUE DE OTRA FORMA NO PODIA ESTAR AHI PARADO MI FAMILIAR VENÍA DE TRABAJAR Y NO VENIA EN CONDICIONES DE VESTIMENTA POR LO MISMO Y MI FAMILIAR LE DIJO QUE SI ERA FAMILIAR Y LA SEÑORA LO IGNORO. I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW THEY CAN HAVE THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE THERE I HOPE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER.
