★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, saben de tu dolor y sin embargo no te dicen todo desde un principio, ejemplo, antes de contratar el servicio hablé con uno de sus vendedores en el ISSSTE, y te prometen todo, el entierro iba a ser en San Fernando, Chiapas y nos dijeron que ellos hacían los trámites, después que pagamos dijeron que estaba fuera de Tuxtla Gutiérrez y que ya no les correspondía, además que si queríamos factura teníamos que pagar el IVA. Recomendación que un familiar que no este tan sentimentalmente relacionado con el finado los apoye, para ver los detalles que ellos cubren.
Very bad experience, they know about your pain and yet they do not tell you everything from the beginning, for example, before hiring the service I spoke with one of their salesmen at ISSSTE, and they promise you everything, the funeral was going to be in San Fernando, Chiapas and they told us that they did the paperwork, after we paid they said it was outside of Tuxtla Gutiérrez and that it no longer corresponded to them, and if we wanted an invoice we had to pay VAT. Recommendation that a relative who is not so sentimentally related to the deceased supports them, to see the details that they cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvieron pendientes desde el inicio hasta el final,mi familia salió de Estados Unidos para ciudad de México, ellos levantaron en la ciudad de México y llevaron al lugar destinado,aunque el funeral está en Tuxtla,son puntuales y a precio razonable.
They were pending from the beginning to the end, my family left the United States for Mexico City, they got up in Mexico City and took them to the designated place, although the funeral is in Tuxtla, they are punctual and at a reasonable price.
