Los asesores telefónicos dicen las cosas más desagradables en los peores momentos. Por ejemplo: si no contrata X servicio, no le garantizamos que las cenizas que le demos sean las de su familiar.
¿Quién los capacita?
We had to go elsewhere.
Telephone counselors say the nastiest things at the worst times. For example: if you do not contract X service, we do not guarantee that the ashes we give you are those of your family member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos inhumanos acabo de estar en un servicio funerario de un familiar de mi esposa que murió por Covid y pusieron el cuerpo en una caja de cartón justificándose que era por protocolo.
Hace 15 días asistí a otro funeral por covid y el protocolo es que las cajas estén enplalladas no que sean de cartón, son una burla de funeraria más cuando en el paquete que se les pago incluye una caja. Que poca madre tienen, definitivamente no los recomiendo.
Nota: No agrego fotos por dignidad y respeto al luto de mis seres queridos pero son una burla de funeraria.
They are inhumane. I was just at a funeral service for a relative of my wife who died of Covid and they put the body in a cardboard box, justifying that it was protocol.
15 days ago I attended another funeral for covid and the protocol is that the boxes are packed, not cardboard, they are one more funerary joke when the package that they are paid includes a box. How little mother they have, I definitely do not recommend them.
Note: I do not add photos out of dignity and respect for the mourning of my loved ones but they are a mockery of a funeral home.
