Te promete la luna, el sol y las estrellas.
Y t dan bajo el sol asta q ves estrellas y t quedas ahí asta q sale la luna.
Mi difunto se murió a las 6 de la tarde, me dicen yo hago todos los trámites, llegan y me dicen te tocan los trámites del panteón!
Pues no q ya estaba en lo q cobra?
--No
Vengo temprano a palacio , me piden acta de defunción e inhumacion pero q pasa?
La funeraria no los a hecho y mucho menos entregarlos y son las 3 de la tarde.
Y lo peor no lo envalsamaron.

My deceased died at 6 o'clock in the afternoon, they tell me I do all the paperwork, they come and they tell me you have to go through the pantheon paperwork!
Well, what was already in the charge?
--No
I come early to the palace, they ask me for death certificate and interment but what happens?
The funeral home has not made them, much less deliver them and it is 3 in the afternoon.
And the worst was not packaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un excelente servicio, fueron los únicos en atender a mi familia a pesar de no tener dinero en el momento y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos.
realmente se los agradecemos de parte de nuestra familia
pd: vi el comentario anterior y respecto a eso, el servicio solo abarca los trámites del familiar fallecido y asesora sobre el panteón
a nosotros nos dijeron como llamar al panteón y nos ascesoraron con ello
la hora de llegada depende puramente de que no allá tráfico y del panteón
de cualquier forma muchas gracias
Excellent service, they were the only ones to take care of my family despite not having money at the moment and they helped us with everything we needed.

ps: I saw the previous comment and regarding that, the service only covers the procedures of the deceased relative and advises on the pantheon
They told us what to call the pantheon and they promoted us with it
the arrival time depends purely on not there traffic and the pantheon
