★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésima comunicación. Cremaron a nuestro familiar antes de que llegáramos a reconocer el cuerpo o dar autorización. Te avisan 20 minutos antes, sin pensar en que te tienes que trasladar. Su slogan NO los representa. Llegas y nadie te atiende. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Nos atendieron 3 personas diferentes, cada una dando diferente información.
lousy communication. They cremated our relative before we came to recognize the body or give authorization. They notify you 20 minutes before, without thinking that you have to move. Their slogan does NOT represent them. You arrive and nobody attends you. I do not recommend it at all. We were attended by 3 different people, each one giving different information.
