El sábado 30 de Noviembre del 2019, mi esposo y yo pasamos a querer recoger las flores que abia enviado y mi sorpresa fue de que los trabajadores de la Funeraria le estaban llevando mis flores y entre otras al fondo del local de la Florería Belén que esta enfrente de con ellos., la verdad que mala onda tanto como de los de la Funeria y los de la Florería Belén que se presten para eso, para luego revender que mal. ( pero dicen que no lucran con sus clienetes). Volvieron a cometer un error, Estando con mi dolor uno de los empleados se a cerco a ofrecerme los servicios de Flores, esta bien que quieran ganar un poco mas de dinero... Pero por lo menos dejen que el dolor se nos valla un poco, entiendo que esta mal la situación, pero solo eso se les pido de mi parte. Esta mal eso deven de corregirlo.

My wife passed away while working from home remotely and enjoying the Bay of Banderas experience. We had been to Bucerias 5 times before and it was fitting she passed there since her will specified that some of her remain be left in the bay. Celis came recommended by a trusted source, so we were immediately at ease, and Lisandra met my sister-in-law and I at the hospital as we arrived. She waited to allow us to deal with the doctors and hospital admin, and while we decided what was best to do with her body. Her wish was to be cremated, and we made the hard decision to perform the cremation in Mexico. From that moment, it took Lisandra and her team just 24 hours to take us through the paperwork, get all the required local paperwork certified (on a Sunday!), handle the submission to the US Consulate, perform the cremation, prepare the remains and deliver them to us ready to return home. On a professional level, the entire process was seamless and completely supportive, allowing us to focus on our grief. On a personal level, Lisandra was a godsend. She was patient, compassionate, skilled, was in sync with our moods, and was very comforting. Her father must have run an impeccable business, and her family continues his legacy with the same mantra; make someone's worst day a lot easier. Lisandra and Celis succeeded in that.

!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! This place was a nightmare. They treated us horribly. Fernando the coordinators Made things so difficult for us at such a hard time. He was trying to make us pay so much money. He even told someone in Spanish right in front of us that he is gonna "make us pay" because we are Americans. This place was so disgusting, it was dirty, filthy and they didn't even have AC on to keep the bodies cold. It smelt so bad. The smell was the worse. So we ended up moving our beloved to another mortuary. And it was a world of difference. If you have a loved one pass away! Do NOT use this place!!!

If I die. I want to be in one of these boxes. Costco is not how I want my death box.
