Quito una estrella porque se fue la luz por razones ajenas a el establecimiento y me habían prometido contratar planta de luz en caso de contingencia. Cuando llegamos me dijeron que siempre no y que si quería buscara otro lugar. Me esperé pues ya estaban mis fsmiliares ahí ingresamos a la sala 10:30pm la contratación es de 24hrs y salimos al día siguiente a las 3pm por el mismo motivo tuvimos que reubicar a los familiares acompañantes y ni nos ofrecieron un descuento o reembolso. Otro motivo más por el que quito estrellas, es por el trato del personal de cafetería atienden de mala gana y mal humor. Las instalaciones son cómodas y bonitas pero en el trato y servicio que nos dieron me dejó mucho en que pensar aunque con todo el dolor que lleva uno encima ni ganas de pelear dan en el momento. The place is very comfortable, the facilities are excellent and the prices are reasonable. I remove a star because the power went out for reasons beyond the control of the establishment and I had been promised to hire a power plant in case of contingency. When we arrived they told me that they always did not and that if I wanted to, I would find another place. I waited because my family members were already there, we entered the room at 10:30 p.m. the hiring is 24 hours and we left the next day at 3:00 p.m. For the same reason we had to relocate the accompanying relatives and they did not offer us a discount or refund. Another reason why I remove stars is because of the treatment of the cafeteria staff, they serve reluctantly and badly. The facilities are comfortable and beautiful, but the treatment and service they gave us left me a lot to think about, although with all the pain that one carries on, nor the desire to fight they give at the moment.
