Solicite una factura, y me pidieron pagar el IVA, cuando mi factura sería genérica para tramites del Seguro.
me asesore con colegas ( Soy Contadora) e incluso llame al SAT, y me dicen que no se debe hacer eso, más con la nueva Facturación. Como a mis tíos y mi papá les urgía la factura, pagaron el IVA,
Pero para esto, mi servicio fue de 8500, y me hicieron la factura por 5800.
Y la señorita Aun así se puso de Prepotente cuando le estaba explicando las nuevas formas de facturación.
Fue en sucursal de Av. Morelos.
My experience was bad.
Request an invoice, and they asked me to pay VAT, when my invoice would be generic for Insurance procedures.
advise me with colleagues (I am an Accountant) and even call the SAT, and they tell me that this should not be done, especially with the new Billing. As my uncles and my father urged the invoice, they paid VAT,
But for this, my service was 8500, and I was invoiced for 5800.
And the young lady Still got arrogant when I was explaining the new ways of billing.
It was at a branch of Av. Morelos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible we brought my dad from the USA here because we heard this place was great unfortunately it wasn’t. They kept making excuses after excuses about everything. My dad was transported by airplane Mexico DF to be picked up let’s not mention it took them more than 12 hrs to pick him up. Coffee machine didn’t work management was horrible. Please look else where I will never bring my family here again.
