c	catita demon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente pésima atención de la recepción groseras y anoche primero saco a nuestros hijos y después groseramente llamo a mi tío el cual estaba con dolor y dijo que callaramos a los niños y a las 11 tuvimos varios que abandonar el lugar por nuestros niños a pesar de que varios íbamos del estado de Veracruz y aparte saco a la familia de otro difunto de la sala groseramente y cerro la sala estando adentro el cadáver pues que tipo de atención ?! Tienen salas (sillones) que no permiten usar aún cuando solo estábamos dos personas (una a cada extremo del sillón). Lo peor es que a las personas que corrieron eran a los familiares de un difunto, ellos con su dolor andan en un estado de transe que lo que menos deberían hacer es molestarlos. Aclaro que la persona que los corrí es una de ventas. Y lo que expreso fue lo siguiente. "Les pido que se vayan a su sala de velación, estos sillones son exclusivos para la gente que viene a contratar servicio". ¡Es en serio solo cuando contratas el servicio eres bien recibido! ??‍♂️ Terrible treatment I came to accompany an acquaintance and the treatment of the employees is worse than terrible. La verdad para ser un momento difícil en mi vida es raro ver a gente tan preparada en tema de la muerta y la sensibilidad con la que lo tratan. Pedí una cafetería Plus en mi sala y se desvivieron por mi familia. Me sorprenden las instalaciones. Quiero agradecer a la persona de recepción porque a mii familiar se le bajó la presión y acudieron con un botiquín. Les agradezco por el respeto que le tienen a un tema tan difícil y ayudarme con este proceso. Sorry to give a review due to death.
