★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en las oficinas está bien, pero el parque funerario muy lamentable. Se nota que cambiaron la administracion porque antes eran muy amables con clientes y visitantes, pero hoy en día la actitud es despota y prepotente.
The service in the offices is good, but the funeral park very shabby. You can see that they changed the administration because before they were very friendly with customers and visitors, but today the attitude is despotic and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente me quitaron el tiempo para una cremación, no busque más por qué ellos me ayudarían acudí a realizar el contrato y ellos me habían ofrecido el paquete completo y el gestor. pues no fue así me mandaron a realizar el acta de defunción y necesitaba del gestor el cual me dijeron q no estaba disponible, les expliqué lo q pasaba y dejaron el teléfono en espera, ya nunca contestaron ni me resolvieron nada, cero profesionales
Unfortunately they took away my time for a cremation, look no further why they would help me I went to make the contract and they had offered me the complete package and the manager. Well, it was not like that, they sent me to carry out the death certificate and I needed the manager who told me that he was not available, I explained what was happening and they left the phone on hold, they never answered or solved anything for me, zero professionals

AWFUL SERVICE AND PLACE!! I WILL NOT GIVE DETAILS BUT THEY DID NOT PERFORM THE CORRECT AND PROPER WORK WITH THE BODY OF A FAMILY MEMBER, THE WORK IS CONTRACTED FOR SOMETHING, IT IS NOT WORTH US TO HAVE A BAD TIME KNOWING THAT WE ARE HURT FOR A LOSS.
WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR SERVICES AGAIN!!!!
