★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un servicio pésimo el que da esta funeraria, se aprovecha del dolor de las personas para sacar provecho y cobrar el doble si las personas se dejan. La semana pasada pasamos por la perdida de un ser querido, en nuestra ignorancia, nos dijeron que al contratatar sus servicios, todo se incluía en el paquete y al final nos cobraban cada cosa que íbamos necesitando, no nos proporcionaron carroza, ni el cristo que siempre prestan para acompañar a los féretros, tampoco nos dieron las lamparas que suelen prestar; nos dijeron que no era necesario el preparar el cuerpo de nuestro familiar; hicieron que todo el tramite de documentos fuera muy tortuoso para al final entorpecer los tramites ante el panteón, nos dijeron que a una hora entregarían los documentos que ellos deben gestionar y los tiempos se llegaban y nos daban otra hora distinta, lo que alargó tanto el tiempo dd espera que nuestro familiar no pudo ser inhumado de inmediato, tuvimos que esperar dos días para realizar dicho proceso, lo que implicó solicitar a la funeraria que prepararan el cuerpo, hecho que porsupuesto implicó un pago extra. Prometieron un reembolso, el cual no se entregó jamás, por el contrario, se hizo un doble cobro por un pésimo servicio.
Este mensaje es con la finalidad de que otras personas que tienen que pasar por un proceso tan difícil, como lo es perder a un ser querido, no tengan que pasar por los abusos de personas abusivas que no tienen ni siquiera un poco de consideración que lo único que ven es cómo aprovecharse de la pena de los demás.
NO CONTRATEN CON ELLOS, NI SIQUIERA PUEDE CONSIDERARSELES COMO UNA OPCION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio, no hubo agua en los baños, fuimos hace unos días y una persona de la tercera edad se cayó porque en el escalon esta despostillado y además no se indica que hay un escalón ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO NOO RECOMENDAMOS servicio, no tenían agua para los baños, no están aloe diente de prender las luces, cuando se necesita, andan paseando al difunto, al salir de misa de cuerpo presente no está el chófer, se roban la corona de flores, solo mandan a una persona para llevar cuerpo al panteón y los familiares tienen que cargar el cuerpo etc etc etc PESIMO SERVICIO JAMAS LO RECOMENDARIAMOS
