Buena atención. Algunos del personal muy atentos y empáticos con el duelo de los asistentes y otros muy frios, que no tienen sensibilidad y aclaran que "es un negocio" y por ello no pueden acceder a ciertas peticiones respecto a mejoras en los planes o plazos en los pagos. Pero cada quien puede tener percepciones diferentes, esa fue la mía hasta hoy, mañana San Martin mejore :)
Good attention. Some of the staff very attentive and empathetic with the duel of the attendees and others very cold, who have no sensitivity and clarify that "it is a business" and therefore can not access certain requests regarding improvements in plans or payment deadlines . But everyone can have different perceptions, that was mine until today, tomorrow San Martin better :)

Es un completo ASCO la nueva "remodelacion". Lo que antes era el espacio de una sala ahora SON 3!!!!! Mobiliario completamente austero lejano a lo ELEGANCE que ofrecen no es justo! No caben las personas en la sala apenas cabe la caja del fallecido. LO PEOR...COBRAN EL SERVICIO DE ESTACIONAMIENTO!!!! Eso no se vale, es un servicio que antes brindaba gratuito, quieren recuperar lo que le metieron a su cochina ambición. NO SE LOS RECOMIEMDO EN LO MÁS MÍNIMO!! !
The new "remodeling" is a complete ASCO. What was once the space of a room is now 3 !!!!! Completely austere furniture far from the ELEGANCE they offer is not fair! People do not fit in the room as soon as the deceased's box fits. WORST ... THEY CHARGE THE PARKING SERVICE !!!! That is not worth it, it is a service that previously provided free, they want to recover what they put into their filthy ambition. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IN THE MINIMUM !! !

Excelente servicio y trato sumamente humano en momentos difíciles. Muchas gracias por todas las atenciones brindadas, y sobretodo mil gracias porque a pesar de los años su trabajo es de los mejores en esta índole.

Contratamos un servicio de traslado por la autopista de cuota, y el chofer se fue por la libre para evitar las primeras casetas. Después de llamarle la atención no dudó en discutir y culpar a la administración. Tomamos la autopista después de 40 minutos perdidos en caminos que ni él conocía. En la siguiente salida siguió por la libre mientras nosotros tomamos la de cuota y se fue en reversa hasta poder tomar la salida de nuevo. Cuando por fin llegamos al destino con casi una hora de retraso no supo ni entrar al estacionamiento y se subió a la banqueta de la funeraria, casi golpea la entrada y un trabajador del lugar. No sé si fué malicia o incompetencia de esta persona, pero eso habla muy mal de esta compañía y ojalá nunca tenga que ocupar sus servicios de nuevo.
We hired a shuttle service on the toll highway, and the driver went free to avoid the first booths. After calling attention he did not hesitate to discuss and blame the administration. We took the highway after 40 minutes lost on roads that he didn't even know. In the next exit he continued on the free while we took the fee and went in reverse until he could take the exit again. When we finally arrived at the destination with almost an hour late, he did not even know how to enter the parking lot and climbed on the funeral home bench, almost hit the entrance and a local worker. I don't know if it was malice or incompetence of this person, but that speaks very badly about this company and I hope I never have to occupy their services again.

My mom had paid for her own funeral arrangements well over $3,000 dollars , the casket was so cheap and the viewing room was tiny we had to upgrade on everything. We paid for the upgrades however, The serenity fountain was not working, the customer service was lousy , when I asked if I can have access to use of the monitor for a video presentation they said the technical support was not available and not permitted other then to play Rosaries Noe and the driver ( Manuel ) were awesome and very helpful and willing to accommodate our family during our time of loss other then that the rest of the staff was not helpful at all.
