★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de Kari es excelente desde el primer momento. Es empatica y amable, tratan tu pérdida y a tu finado con mucho tacto. La capilla es linda y acogedora.
Probablemente los hermanos (Diego, hector y Carlos me parece) no tienen la mejor actitud pero en general tienen una gran funeraria.

Kari's attention is excellent from the first moment. She is empathetic and kind, they treat your loss and your deceased with great tact. The chapel is cute and cozy.
Probably the brothers (Diego, Hector and Carlos I think) do not have the best attitude but in general they have a great funeral home.

Parece fiesta en vez de un velorio, no controlan la cantidad de personas ni el escándalo que hacen, con frecuencia los clientes estan alcoholizadose en la entrada de la sala. Poco respeto hacía sus vecinos.
Que imagen como establecimiento estas proyectando entonces? Si depende de ustedes establecer orden y respeto al lugar, pidiendo a tus clientes mantener un comportamiento adecuado al servicio que estas presentando. Y por otra parte lo que éstas reflejando es que brindas buen servicio a clientes corrientes? Ups!
Bad service, most of the time the space is overwhelmed by the amount of people. It looks like a party instead of a wake, they do not control the number of people or the scandal they make, often customers are drunk at the entrance of the room. Little respect for his neighbors.
What image as an establishment are you projecting then? If it is up to you to establish order and respect for the place, asking your clients to maintain an appropriate behavior to the service you are presenting.
